And commercials, and dentists constantly tell us that, as additional care should be used dental rinse and elixirs. They are, incidentally, are in ready supply at any pharmacy, but how to choose the best?

To make the right choice, you need to read carefully the composition of the dental rinse. The main active means any elixir - an antiseptic. Typically, manufacturers use as the antiseptic triclosan additives or chlorhexidine. These substances are able to neutralize the effect of germs entering the mouth and cause inflammation. But in addition, one of them, namely hlorgekisidin, has some side effects.

First, this substance triggers the darkening of the tooth enamel. Secondly, chlorhexidine still quite illegible «killer», TK neutralizes to applicable not only harmful but also beneficial bacteria. This effect violates the microflora of the mouth and leads to its dysbacteriosis. For these reasons, dentists recommend caution on dental elixir containing chlorhexidine, and, if we use them, then no more than 10-15 days.

So, choosing a dental rinse, do not pay attention to the bright and colorful bottle labels. Read the composition and boldly choose rinse containing triclosan, to which all these warnings do not apply.
